In the distant highland forest, the panda family lives a carefree life. In the panda homeland, a little panda named Hapi lives with his mother. However, Hapi (voiced by Liu Chunyan) is pure white all over—he is a little white bear, always seen as an outsider by his own kind. Thus, the little panda has long wanted to leave the panda paradise. Meanwhile, the red fox (voiced by Zhang Ai) and the cheetah (voiced by Han Qiao'en) have been eyeing the panda homeland covetously, always plotting to seize the panda park. But one day, a catastrophic earthquake and flash flood reduce the panda paradise to ruins. Forced into a difficult and arduous journey, Hapi’s mother loses her precious life while saving him during the disaster. At the same time, the cheetah and his allies pursue them relentlessly. Little panda Hapi, together with his friends and the panda family, must rely on clever wisdom and tenacious perseverance to fight back. In the end, they finally defeat the evil red fox and find a new homeland of their own. Through this journey, the little panda Hapi transforms into a true black-and-white giant panda and truly grows up.
