Jerry brings cookies to feed the little goldfish in the fish tank. While listening to the radio, Jerry hears a recipe for a fish dish and starts eyeing the little goldfish in the tank. He places the fish tank directly on the stove and turns on the heat. Seeing the goldfish in distress, Jerry rescues it from the stove. Tom, unwilling to give up, continues to fight with Jerry over the little goldfish.
