In the shadowy corners of a big city, a fierce fistfight is underway. Several stray cats are mercilessly beaten, completely losing their ability to resist, and the perpetrator is actually a small mouse with a short stature but immense brute strength—Muscle. After dealing with the old cat, Muscle checks the mail at the door and discovers a letter from his distant cousin, Jerry. In the letter, Jerry painfully recounts the ongoing torment and oppression he has suffered at the hands of Tom and sincerely pleads for his cousin’s help. When a relative is in trouble, it is only natural to step in without hesitation. Muscle immediately packs his bags and sets off on his journey, causing all the cats along the way to tremble in fear and hide well in advance. 　　 Meanwhile, Jerry is being toyed with by Tom, trapped in his hole, and the appearance of his cousin brings him a glimmer of hope. Of course, Tom doesn’t take Muscle seriously, but he soon discovers that this little fellow, who looks exactly like Jerry, possesses an incredibly powerful fighting ability...
