Kei and Yuri are rookie trouble consultants (known as "Trouble Consultants") for the WWWA (World Welfare Work Association), which resolves all sorts of troubles. Their codename is Lovely Angel. Kei, who is mannish and impulsive, and Yuri, who calls herself a graceful maiden, have completely opposite personalities. While sometimes clashing and other times joining forces, they solve difficult cases. 　Having formed their partnership only recently, Kei and Yuri don't get along well and struggle to cooperate even as a team. 　At such a time, Valdes, who commands a branch of the massive criminal organization Lucifer, begins maneuvering to take over the organization. Kei repeatedly confronts Freya, an assassin hired by him. To fight Freya, Kei quits being a Trouble Consultant and pursues her alone. Meanwhile, Yuri gains a new partner and investigates Valdes's case. Though Kei and Yuri walk separate paths... 　A new series that resets the 1980s TV series, reborn with completely different settings and story.
