Kippei Kijima is a man who, throughout his long life, has been involved in a staggering number of incidents: 264 traffic accidents, 45 plane crashes, 1 gas explosion, and 187 assault cases. Undoubtedly the world's unluckiest man, he now lives as a cyborg with most of his body mechanized, residing in a vast mansion. This story is an excerpt of episodes from Kippei's experiences during his time as a section chief. One such episode involves entertaining Ohtawara, a business partner notorious as a legendary drunkard. Unfortunately trapped in an elevator with Ohtawara, things take a turn for the worse when Kippei discovers there's whiskey inside... This work was produced by Sunrise and directed by Kunihisa Sugishima, who has long been active primarily as a director for the studio's works. The narrator of the story, "I," Kippei Kijima, was the world's unluckiest man, having been involved in 264 traffic accidents, 45 plane crashes, 1 gas explosion, and 187 assault cases throughout his long life. He is now a cyborg living in a vast mansion. The story recounts the panics he experienced during his time as a section chief. Episode 1: "Drunken Rampage! Major Panic" tells of the panic when he had to entertain Ohtawara, a client feared within the company as a legendary drunkard. The two become trapped in a suddenly stopped elevator. And inside, of all things, there is whiskey... Episode 2: "Woman Trouble! Major Panic" recounts the panic when he was asked by the president of a major client, Hanazono, to accompany his daughter for golf. The "daughter" who appeared turned out to be his gay "son." Attacked in bed, Kippei is rescued at the last moment by the president who rushes in. He ends up marrying the president's real daughter and attaining his current position, but as always, absurd misfortunes continue to befall him.
