Gru's vast arsenal of high-tech weapons owes much to the contributions of the diligent, adorable, yet somewhat goofy minions in his secret factory. Though not entirely legal, new minions must first undergo job training. Through a video, they learn about the responsibilities, procedures, and detailed rules of each position. The factory in the video is orderly and well-organized, with minions showing mutual respect, kindness, and harmony. These inspiring scenes fill the newcomers with excitement and fervor, making them eager to achieve great things in the factory right away. However, videos are just videos, and promotional material is just promotional material. How will things actually turn out in practice? One can't help but worry for these mischievous and earnest little guys... This film is a bonus short included with the animated movie *Despicable Me*.
