Astérix et les indiens

During a brawl in their Gallic village, the magic potion that grants the heroes Asterix and Obelix their superhuman strength is spilled. Following yet another spectacular defeat of a fresh Roman centurion, Caesar dispatches Lucullus, one of his sycophants, to capture Getafix. His plan is to cast the druid off the edge of the world, far from prying eyes, should things go awry. Thus, Asterix and Obelix embark on a journey to America to rescue their magical druid. Before Getafix can brew a new batch of potion, the Romans seize him and, believing the world is flat, catapult him into the void from their galley at the very edge. Asterix and Obelix set off in pursuit of Getafix. They land in America, where Asterix is captured by Indians who are already holding Getafix prisoner. The tribe's medicine man covets the secret of the magic potion, forcing Getafix to employ every trick he knows to protect its formula. The three Gauls eventually escape from the Indians. Upon returning home, however, they find their village burned to the ground and its inhabitants taken captive. The heroes must free their friends, dismantle the Roman camp, and send Caesar packing on his merry way.
