The timid and kind-hearted Jinbao is a soldier in the Kingdom of Liang, who has always dreamed of a peaceful land without war—the beautiful country. Although Jinbao is often mocked by others, he remains steadfast in his belief. One day, the Liang Kingdom's military camp is ambushed by enemy forces. Jinbao, fleeing from enemy soldiers, is forced to plunge into a bottomless abyss. Believing he cannot escape his fate, Jinbao still wishes he could visit the beautiful country before his death. At that moment, the necklace given to him by his grandfather suddenly emits a bright light, transporting Jinbao through time and space to an unknown, magical land—the very beautiful country he has always longed for. However, this beautiful country is not as peaceful and lovely as Jinbao imagined; it has been invaded by an evil demon king. Upon arriving, Jinbao transforms into a panda and is mistaken by Feitian Zhu, a scout of the Anti-Demon Army, for the legendary Panda Warrior who once saved the beautiful country. Confused, Jinbao sets off with Feitian Zhu. Along the journey, Jinbao encounters the mighty Mantis, Onion Dog, Ginseng Spirit, Charcoal, and the Seven Little Fortunes, all of whom become his companions. Later, Jinbao finally meets the leader of the Anti-Demon Army, the Lion King. From the Lion King, Jinbao learns that his grandfather was indeed the Panda Warrior who saved the beautiful country. Determined to carry on his grandfather's legacy, Jinbao vows to rescue the White Dragon Princess from the demon king and restore peace to the beautiful country. Under the Lion King's rigorous training, Jinbao grows rapidly and leads the Seven Little Fortunes and other anti-demon warriors to march toward the demon king's mobile castle. Overcoming numerous obstacles and challenges, Jinbao and his companions finally face the nine-headed serpent, the evil demon king. Under Jinbao's leadership, everyone unites and works together to defeat the nine-headed serpent, successfully rescuing the White Dragon Princess and restoring peace to the beautiful country. © Douban
