This art film is a puppet animation. The tailor, Divine Scissors Li, is renowned far and wide for his craftsmanship, but later he is surpassed by his apprentice, Little Lingzi. How did this happen? When Little Lingzi first entered the apprenticeship, due to his young age, he often acted on momentary enthusiasm. Once the initial excitement faded, he would turn to other things. One day, two customers—one fat and one thin, with a significant height difference—came to the shop looking for Divine Scissors Li to urgently make clothes for them, only to find he was away on business. Seeing the customers' anxious expressions, Little Lingzi took on the task, but unexpectedly caused a major mishap. However, this also brought him good fortune, as he gained a pair of magical gloves. Wearing these gloves, Little Lingzi created many beautiful garments, and his craftsmanship even surpassed that of Divine Scissors Li. When the county magistrate's daughter was about to marry and asked Little Lingzi to urgently make her wedding dress, he damaged the gloves due to his fondness for drink, losing his skill. It was then that he remembered his master once again.
