In order to stop the space pirate leader, Raidis, from seizing the Super Star pet Dodo from Daka, the Super Star Agents return to the Empty Star Domain from ten years ago to confront him. After shaking off the Super Star Agents, Raidis disappears. Since they cannot capture Raidis, the only option is to start with Daka. To get close to Daka, they must retake their driver's licenses and participate in races. Thus, the Super Star Agents embark on a final chapter of racing while carrying out their mission. United and undeterred by challenges, they defeat one bizarre racing opponent after another, dismantle the various schemes laid out by Raidis, and ultimately succeed in crushing the space pirate group, completing their mission to save the Super Star pets.
