During the reign of Emperor Taizong of Tang, the extremely ugly Flower Goddess sisters (based on the original "Flower Goddess") descend to the mortal realm every year, causing widespread vomiting and chaos among humans. Ma Chao, the chief leader of the Flower Extermination Society, organizes a century-level operation to eliminate the Flower Goddesses. However, during the mission, the Flower Goddesses are abducted by a mysterious figure claiming to be the Black Cat King, and the mission ends in failure.
