An ordinary day, and the room erupts into chaos once again. Accompanied by the landlady's heart-wrenching screams, the chase between Tom and Jerry continues to unfold. Amid the commotion, the landlady's deadly broom strikes Tom on the head. Perhaps due to the excessive force, Tom's brain undergoes a drastic change. He starts behaving like a mouse, playfully chasing the panicked landlady, then pulls a large piece of cheese from the fridge to share with Jerry. He even squeezes his body into the mouse hole, making himself at home on Jerry's bed. The small bed, unable to withstand Tom's size, predictably shatters into pieces.
Although the threat from his natural enemy has been resolved, Jerry is deeply frustrated because Tom has completely invaded his space. Jerry turns to books for help and discovers that Tom may have developed amnesia due to the severe impact. He then decides to use the same method to help Tom rediscover his true self...
