In the dead of night, the Royal Flush Gang uses new technology to break into a bank and steal valuable diamonds. After a fierce battle, they are captured by the Justice League—Batman (voiced by Kevin Conroy), Superman (voiced by Tim Daly), Wonder Woman (voiced by Susan Eisenberg), Green Lantern (voiced by Nathan Fillion), Martian Manhunter (voiced by Carl Lumbly), and The Flash. However, the League finds no leads on the source of this advanced technology. Meanwhile, villains like Cheetah, Mirror Master, and Star Sapphire encounter the mysterious Vandal Savage (voiced by Phil Morris). Savage, who has lived for over 80,000 years and has been a legendary ruler many times throughout history, now seeks to destroy and dominate the world. The Justice League stands as the greatest obstacle in his path. He recruits these villains to form the Legion of Doom, launching a new wave of challenges against the Justice League... This film is adapted from the famous comic book storyline "Tower of Babel."
