The plot of this film continues from the original movie, narrating that before Stitch, the "Experiment 626," Dr. Jumba had already created several failed experimental products. Now, Jumba has secretly smuggled all these experimental creations to Earth. The scheming escapee Hamster and the resentful, discharged Captain Gantu join forces, kidnapping Dr. Jumba and setting out to retrieve the previous 625 experiments, aiming to create a brand new little troublemaker once again? These bizarre and peculiar interstellar experiment creations include Experiment 221, capable of emitting powerful electric waves, and the lazy yet skilled sandwich-making Experiment 625, among others. Now, seven-year-old Hawaiian girl Lilo and the interstellar experiment Stitch must assist the Galactic Federation in conducting a thorough search across the Hawaiian Islands, racing against the villains to find the 625 experiments, and also help each of these interstellar experiments find their own warm homes!
