Following CBS All Access's previous order for the adult-oriented animated series "Star Trek: Lower Decks," Nickelodeon has now announced the production of a "Star Trek" animated series aimed at younger audiences, overseen by the brother duo Kevin and Dan Hageman. This animated series follows a group of lawless teenagers who accidentally discover an abandoned starship and decide to use it for exploration, seeking purpose, and finding their own redemption.
