Because of a pudding, Shinnosuke Nohara and his little sister Himawari get into a fierce argument. As the older brother, he naturally gets scolded by his father Hiroshi and mother Misae. Feeling humiliated and angry, Shin-chan declares, "I don't want to be a brother anymore! I don't want a little sister!" At that very moment, two people in green clothes—one fat and one thin—appear, claiming they are willing to adopt Himawari and let her start a new life as Princess Himawari. After a blinding flash of light, the Nohara family, who had signed the agreement, is sucked into a UFO, embarking on an uncertain journey through space. 　　From the King of the Himawari Star, they learn that both his planet and Earth are currently facing an unprecedented crisis. Once the balance between the two is disrupted, both planets will face destruction. And Himawari is the key to preventing this crisis...
