Three Squirrels arrive in the town and become good friends with the young boy Zhang Guoguo, using the Squirrel Bracelet to transform him into a superhero. During Zhang Guoguo's battle with Boss An, a malfunction in the force field rays triggers an imminent massive explosion. Zhang Guoguo rushes into the force field and begins modifying the device, but the explosion still occurs. After absorbing all the explosive energy, Zhang Guoguo's bracelet shatters into pieces, scattering throughout the town. The town's nut shop and a large surrounding area undergo dramatic changes. Due to the influence of the Squirrel Bracelet fragments, strange incidents frequently occur in the town—such as a superpowered individual who can transform into wind, a dog as fast as lightning, and a clock tower that can reverse time in its vicinity. Having lost the power of the bracelet, Zhang Guoguo is powerless against the now-strengthened Boss An. Fortunately, the three squirrels absorb the fragments' energy and each gain impressive superpowers. The three squirrels and Zhang Guoguo must not only confront Boss An and the wildcat's harassment and attempts to seize the bracelet but also deal with people and objects that have gained special abilities due to the bracelet fragments. During the battles, Le'er also acquires superpowers and becomes a righteous companion of Squirrel Hero. However, Le'er and Zhang Guoguo are unaware of each other's heroic identities, leading to many comedic situations. In the end, Boss An and the father's teacher appear, revealing that both the Squirrel Bracelet and the Wildcat Bracelet originate from Squirrel Star and Wildcat Star beyond Earth, and that the squirrels and wildcat come from these two planets. Zhang Guoguo decides to embark on an interstellar journey to find a way to restore the bracelet fragments to their original form.
