"The Brothers Carry-Mouse-Off" is the 137th theatrical short of the "Tom and Jerry" series, and the 10th episode produced by Chuck Jones. In a house, Jerry has set up some automatically controlled entertainment devices that can retract and extend. Of course, Tom is bound to come after him... After repeated failures, Tom actually goes up to the attic, finds a female mouse costume to put on, and attempts to seduce Jerry, only to end up making things worse... The title is a pun on the homophonic reference to Fyodor Dostoevsky's novel "The Brothers Karamazov."
