The story begins in a fairytale-like world, in a mysterious place floating among the clouds, created by dreams—Dream Town. Here lives Little Bear, along with his family and many adorable friends. The greatest charm of Dream Town is that in this place, all dreams can come true, and only dreamers can reside in Dream Town. As a result, the residents of the town are all very interesting, living together happily and making Dream Town incredibly beautiful, a paradise that everyone dreams of. Our protagonist, Little Bear, is a cheerful, lively, and very mischievous bear cub. He lives in Dream Town with his family, loves life, enjoys adventures, and especially loves exploring new things with his friends. However, sometimes, Little Bear’s mischief causes small troubles for his family and neighbors in Dream Town, leaving everyone both amused and exasperated. In Little Bear’s bag, there are many interesting and useful tools, all invented by his dream-filled scientist and inventor father, Bear Dad. These include a magnifying glass with magical functions and a pocket zoo, among others. In each episode, we see Little Bear using these inventions from his father to brainstorm solutions to many problems, successfully helping his friends and, of course, triumphing over the cunning antagonist—Panda King. Little Bear has a best friend, a shy and introverted little turtle who quickly retreats into his shell when encountering strangers. However, he is kind-hearted, clever, very meticulous, and patient, making him a reliable companion. He and Little Bear often go out to play together, embark on adventures, and face various challenges side by side. They are inseparable buddies, true brothers. In the story, the turtle often receives help from Little Bear, and in his kindness, he also uses his wisdom to assist Little Bear in overcoming difficulties.
