Papa Bear, who loves inventing, creates a super mechanical horse named Mike Horse for Neo, and the two become great companions. One day, Neo, Mike Horse, Dr. Gudong, Xixi, and Ninja Frog accidentally activate the time-travel device in Little Bear Lab (which Papa Bear transformed from an imagination space station), and they all get transported to different parts of the Earth! Little Bear Neo, who wants to return to his parents, and Dr. Gudong, who wishes to go back to his town to see Panda Sister, along with Mike Horse, Xixi, and Ninja Frog, embark on a journey around the globe—traveling through various regions such as glaciers and deserts—all while heading in the direction of home. Along the way, they encounter numerous difficulties and challenges. The optimistic Little Bear Neo always inspires the pessimistic Dr. Gudong, and together they work hard to solve many problems. In the end, they also figure out how to repair the time machine and finally make it back home.
