Endless ice fields, silent and still. Squirrel Scrat finds a nut and joyfully crosses the icy plains, climbing up a massive tree trunk. The tree had long been broken in half, and its hollow core became Scrat's perfect storage space. Now, it is densely packed with nuts, and Scrat struggles to fit the newly gathered nut inside. In his excessive effort, the entire pile of nuts collapses. Hundreds and thousands of nuts surge out from the trunk like a tidal wave, sweeping Scrat over a cliff. How could he let years of hard work go to waste? Even while falling, Scrat disregards his own safety, desperately gathering every single nut. Such dedication is truly rare...
This film is a companion short to the animated movie "Ice Age."
