The film recounts the Minions' experiences before meeting their latest master, Gru. Starting from prehistoric times, the Minions have successively served evil masters such as the Tyrannosaurus rex, fierce cavemen, and the vampire Dracula, but none of these villains ended well—each meeting a gruesome demise. It’s clear that although the Minions are "determined to serve evil," their innate "adorable foolishness" makes them the ultimate nemesis of crime.
The three main characters of this film—Bob, Kevin, and Stuart—encounter the villainess Scarlet Overkill (voiced by Sandra Bullock) at the "Villain-Con" and plan to assist this new master in stealing Queen Elizabeth’s crown. Of course, the Minions, who are "more trouble than they’re worth," do not disappoint the audience and are "successfully" defeated by the Queen. Furious, Scarlet attempts to punish the Minions through methods like shooting and hanging, but their "adorable foolishness" leads to endless hilarious moments, one laugh after another, leaving viewers in stitches...
