Childhood friends Hojo Hibiki and Minami Kanade are energetic second-year middle school students. Finally arriving at the grand opening day of a large shopping mall, they suddenly see their companion Hummy jump down from a high place right before their eyes. Amidst the bustling, fashionable shops, they eventually find Hummy, but inadvertently stumble into a fashion show featuring Cure and the others being held in the event plaza. At that moment, fairies resembling the partners of Cure Happy and Cure Sunny descend from the sky in large numbers, and even plastic buildings from the Toy Kingdom and delicious oversized sweets from the Dessert Kingdom appear one after another! Just as everyone is wondering what is happening, all the formidable enemies the Pretty Cures have fought before make their appearance, targeting the world-connecting Rainbow-Colored Flower (Prism Flower) and conspiring to plunge the world into darkness! If the Rainbow-Colored Flower withers, the world will be torn apart, and the Pretty Cures will never be able to see Hummy and the others again!
