"KAI-CHU! Part.2" An original anime, the second installment based on the WEB Young Jump serialized work "KAI-CHU!" (by Hayashi Yuki). "KAI-CHU!" is a Japanese manga series by Hayashi Yuki. It began serialization in the 51st issue of 2009 in "Weekly Young Jump" (Shueisha) but concluded its run in the main Young Jump magazine with the 20th issue of 2010 (Chapter 20). From Chapter 21 onward, it transitioned to a web serialization on the Young Jump website starting April 22 of the same year. Notably, the series' name and author's comments are still featured on Young Jump's table of contents page. The one-shot version, which preceded the serialization, was published in the 2006 edition of "Young Jump Special Issue 'Mantarō'" (Shueisha), released on April 11 of that year. Currently, up to Volume 6 of the tankōbon have been published under the YJ Comics label. Additionally, the original one-shot version has been adapted into a web anime (detailed later). Centered around a protagonist who is a member of the archery club, it is a romantic comedy. The title "KAI-CHU!" derives from the kyūdō (Japanese archery) term "kaichū," meaning "all arrows hitting the target." Tachibana Tatsuya, a kyūdō boy determined to conquer the nation, enrolls at Odagawa High School out of admiration for the renowned "Child of God," Fudō Gonzaburō. To his surprise, he discovers upon arrival that Fudō is actually a cross-dressing boy. The story unfolds around archery and romance.
