A sequel to the 1985 OVA "Bavi Stock I: The Endless Target." The female warrior Kate continues her fight against the formidable enemy, the Bentika Empire. Though she has lost her affiliated organization—the Police Planet G.P.P.—the boy Bavi and the girl Mooma, who could be considered the trump cards for overthrowing the empire, remain by her side. After their struggle with the empire, the group drifts and lands on a certain celestial body. However, this place is a plant planet where trees over 100 meters tall grow in clusters, and even creatures like fairies and dinosaurs inhabit. As Kate and the others are bewildered, the powerful enemy dispatched by the empire—the cyborg warrior Eyesman—launches an attack. Due to various circumstances, the production structure was completely revamped from the previous work. Apart from scriptwriter Kenji Terada, the entire staff was replaced. The production company also changed to Studio Unicorn. The director is Akinori Yabe, known for the TV anime "Marmalade Boy." While weaving in the romantic developments between Bavi and Mooma, the story brings a certain resolution to the conflict with the empire.
