This is an OVA adaptation of the popular manga by Yukari Ichijo, serving as the first installment of the series. The student council, composed of six extraordinary high school students from wealthy families, is also known as the "Yūkan Club" (Leisure Club). When two pet cats belonging to Yuri Kenbishi, the daughter of a billionaire and one of the club members, are kidnapped for ransom along with the pet dog of another member, Miroku, the son of the police commissioner, the club springs into action. With the help of the other members, they manage to corner the culprit. However, upon attempting to rescue the three captured animals, they discover a plastic bomb planted nearby! Produced by Magic Bus, the main staff includes director Setsuko Shibuichi, who oversaw the animation for "Urusei Yatsura: The Final Chapter," and character designer Yukari Kobayashi.
