Jin Kogen, an undefeated delinquent in street fights and motorcycle races, is a former bosozoku member. From the very first day of high school entrance ceremony, he causes various problems daily and faces expulsion. However, due to his exceptional throwing arm being noticed by chance, he is forced to join the baseball club as an alternative to being expelled. 　Initially, Jin has no interest in playing baseball at all. But after challenging Shindo, an elite high school-level batter he meets by chance, and suffering a complete defeat, he begins to take baseball seriously. 　Meanwhile, after reuniting with old friends from his bosozoku days, Jin unexpectedly gets dragged into conflicts between rival bosozoku groups as the former leader of the legendary gang "Silver Wolf."
