Based on the original work "The Golden Laws: El Cantare's View of History" by Ryuho Okawa, founder of the religious organization "Happy Science." This is a religious fantasy anime film adaptation. The story follows boys and girls from the distant future who board a time machine and successively encounter great figures from human history such as the Greek mythological hero Hermes, Moses, Buddha, and Christ, witnessing the miracles they performed firsthand. 　Satoru is a 15-year-old boy living in the 25th century. One day, a mysterious vehicle suddenly appears before him. It is a time machine piloted by a girl named Asari, who claims to have come from 500 years further in the future. He helps repair the malfunctioning time machine and, as thanks, is allowed to ride in it. Satoru requests to see Japan in 2003, but due to an accident, the time machine is swept away to Greece in 2300 BC. The two are nearly attacked by a giant sea dragon but are saved at the last moment by someone. That man is none other than the Greek mythological hero Hermes.
