This is the seventh theatrical installment of the highly popular jungle adventure romance "Wolf Boy Ken," the first TV anime by Toei Doga (now Toei Animation). Young Crown Prince Rory of the Lion Kingdom, due to his timid nature, is disowned by his aging father, the current emperor, and reluctantly embarks on a warrior's training journey. Eventually, Rory encounters the "two-legged wolf," the boy Ken, and his pack of wolf companions. Learning of this from afar, the emperor of the Lion Kingdom sends a personal letter to Boss, the chief of the wolf clan, earnestly requesting that the wolves educate his son to be brave. Inspired, Boss takes it upon himself and instructs his pack to train Rory to live robustly, but their efforts prove unsuccessful. Finally, Boss entrusts Ken with the role of educator... This is a blow-up version of TV series episode 56, "The Timid Lion." It was released as a double feature alongside the new feature-length anime "Gulliver's Space Travels."
