One day, an incident occurs where Jobloids are being controlled by an unknown entity—the "Dive Incident"! Wapper, a police Jobloid, sets out to investigate. When he rushes to the base of "SEED," the organization handling Jobloid incidents, a vicious Jobloid named Ace appears! Having narrowly escaped Ace's clutches, Wapper begins gathering fellow Jobloids. Can Wapper ultimately resolve the incident!?
