An SF spy detective comedy action anime with each episode running approximately 10 minutes. It was produced as a collaboration between American company Videocraft and Toei Doga (now Toei Animation). 　One day, while cleaning indoors, secret intelligence agent Tom and his assistant Jack accidentally get exposed to the "Shrinking Ray," which reduces human body size. Having shrunk to a height of 7.5 cm, the two leverage their small stature to infiltrate places that would easily attract attention for ordinary people. They take on the evil organization MAD, which plots world domination, and achieve great success. 　The series aired weekly, inserted between episodes of the two-part collaboration "King Kong" by Videocraft and Toei Doga. While the scripts and storyboards were provided by the American staff, the animation was largely handled by the renowned animator Yasuji Mori, who was still affiliated with Toei Doga at the time.
