Because his busy mom and his playful older sister can't look after him, he's cared for by his stuffed animals—a mouse, a rabbit, and an elephant. Unbeknownst to anyone, these stuffed animals were made by Kazuyoshi-kun's great-grandfather and possess souls! Now, Kazuyoshi's older sister, Asako-chan, has come to the park to play, leaving him behind. But oh no! She gets caught by a talking swing! The swing is angry at children who don't treat it well, and it was enchanted by the villain, Bakubaguba! "Help!" At that moment, Super Baby Kazuyoshi soars through the sky, leading his stuffed animals, and makes a dashing appearance! Using the Boo-Tare badge he accidentally found at home, he transformed into Super Baby! "No way...!" His big sister is utterly astonished! "Cheeky!" Crying from the fierce attacks of the formidable enemy swing, Kazuyoshi-kun even wets his diaper, causing a power-down. Immediately, the mouse changes his diaper. After drinking lots of milk and regaining his power, Kazuyoshi-kun attacks the swing, which has climbed a power line, by electrocuting it! "Gyaaah!" He firmly catches Asako-chan, who was thrown from the swing as it falls from the wire! Now, the swing, now charred black, still wants to play with the children in the park. Abandoned even by Bakubaguba, Kazuyoshi-kun restores the swing to its original form. "Was I dreaming...?" Asako-chan wakes up, rubbing her eyes.
