The first new theatrical production in nine years for the magical girl series, and the first original film created specifically for theaters. The story revolves around a common plot in downtown settings: Akko and her friends try to stop a building from being constructed on the playground where they play. However, the twist lies in the fact that the initiator of the building project is Taisho's father. In this work, Akko transforms into four different characters: a female cat, a shrine maiden, a baton twirler, and the girl Taisho's father first fell in love with.
