Several years have passed since the "festival" was revived in Togane City, Chiba Prefecture. "Meguru Tokisaka," a first-year student born and raised in Togane City who attends the local school, Tokigane High School, feels bored with her uneventful hometown, despite her affection for it. She spends her days listlessly with her friends, "Momo Kosai" and "Himeko Jonou." One day, Meguru and her friends have a chance encounter with "Subaru Kamishiro," a miko of the historic Hiyoshi Shrine in Togane City. They learn that the festival revived several years ago was the work of Subaru and other upperclassmen from Tokigane High School. Simultaneously discovering the depth of Togane City's history, they begin to take an interest in the town's origins. Pleased by their attitude, Subaru decides to take a certain action.
