An OVA adaptation of the popular sci-fi comedy by Hirahara Gikyo. The script is handled by Koichi Mashimo, who directed works such as "Popolocrois Monogatari." Several months after the conflict known as the "Battle of the Century," Captain Tylor and the crew of the battleship Soyokaze have grown completely soft in the peace, leading lazy, listless lives. At that time, the Raalgon Empire develops a new weapon, forcing Tylor and his crew into a new battle... only to be swiftly taken prisoner...
