A youth-oriented classical literature program that reconstructs famous scenes from classics through manga-style visuals and easy-to-understand modern translations, combined with DJ-style studio talk. Character designs were handled by Shungiku Uchida and Erika Sakurawa, featuring classics such as "Tsurezuregusa" and "Sarashina Nikki" with modern translations by Osamu Hashimoto and Mariko Hayashi. A 30-minute program airing from 11:05 PM on Tuesdays. In the 1990 season, it broadcast two series—"Ugetsu Monogatari" and "The Tale of Genji"—in a concentrated five-consecutive-episodes-a-week (Monday to Friday) format.
