"Hana wa Hekonai Kappa Matsuri" is a Japanese short animated film released in 1917 (Taisho 6). Although the exact theatrical release date is unknown, it is believed to have been released between September and December of 1917. The film's footage has not been confirmed to survive into the 21st century.
