She is an esper bounty hunter who considers rewards secondary—her true hobby is capturing villains. Nora’s target this time is the magician Fuchero. True to his title of "magician," Fuchero is also a major criminal who wields psychic powers, ruling Planet Dars alongside his giant younger brother, Tōchino.
