The heroic fantasy that expanded through various media mixes is finally adapted into an OVA. 　Princess Minerva is tomboyish, selfish, and utterly incapable of staying still. Though she decides she wants her own royal guard, she ends up participating in the kingdom’s martial arts tournament—meant to recruit talent—disguised as the beautiful swordswoman Cutie Mask, even going so far as to sing on stage. However, her guardian, Blue Morris, gets kidnapped, and Minerva desperately sets out to rescue him. The enemy is the sorceress Dynastar, who holds a grudge against her father, King Whistler.
