The second theatrical anime installment of the laid-back comedy "Seitokai Yakuindomo," where risqué jokes explode in a school setting that resembles a harem with few boys and many girls. The original work is a four-panel manga by Tozen Ujiie, serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine," and has previously been adapted into anime through two TV series, OVAs, OADs, and a prior theatrical film. The story unfolds at the private Ousai Academy High School, where girls overwhelmingly outnumber boys—with only 28 male students compared to 524 female students—and centers on protagonist Tsuda Takatoshi, who unexpectedly becomes the student council vice president. It depicts the daily school life of the unique student council members as they navigate various situations. The cast reunites familiar voices from the series, including Shintaro Asanuma as Takatoshi and Yoko Hikasa as student council president Amakusa Shino, who recruited Takatoshi into the council. The director is Hiromitsu Kanazawa, who also helmed the second TV series and the previous theatrical film.
