Randall Boggs is one of the two main antagonists in Disney•Pixar's animated film Monsters, Inc, and the secondary antagonist of Monsters University and the second season of Monsters at Work. Snide and vindictive, Randall is notoriously envious of James P. Sullivan, the most beloved scarer in Monstropolis. To make his mark on the world while simultaneously stealing Sullivan's spotlight, Randall plots to "revolutionize" the scaring industry using conspiratorial means that involves abducting human children.
