Grandma has passed away. For Hiyori-chan, an elementary school girl who cried every day, her papa built a grandma-type robot named "Wasimo." The nostalgic *kata kata kata* sound you hear when Wasimo walks is because it uses the same dentures as grandma. Its walking speed is faster than a snail but slower than an excited rhinoceros beetle. But actually, it can run faster than a bullet train. This oddly-spec'd Wasimo meets all sorts of people and has all sorts of experiences... The cute, fun, and slightly unusual daily life of Wasimo and Hiyori-chan begins! Ever since the beloved grandma passed away, her granddaughter Hiyori has been crying every day. Unable to bear seeing her like this, her papa creates WASIMO, a robot that looks just like grandma.
