The Wound

A girl suffers from a wound in her heart (English: wound). The story begins when this wound is born in the girl's imagination as a furry creature called Wound. Growing up alongside the girl as her irreplaceable best friend, Wound completely settles into her mind, gradually increasing its presence until it eventually takes complete control of her life. Created based on the author's childhood memories, this work was produced by a small team consisting of a few friends. Particular attention was paid to sound design, with various creative efforts made to craft a unique soundtrack, such as using water pipes to create special sound effects. A short animation that unfolds like a nightmare, yet beautiful, featuring the girl and Wound.
