Andalusia, 1840. Back in Seville after three years on the move, 13-year-old Salva, the faithful assistant to a blind knife grinder, meets Carmen, a 20-year-old gypsy with a mesmerizing voice. When a prophecy warns him that death looms over her, he turns to his friend Belén, 15, and their little band of street kids to try and save her.
