The setting is Okayama International Circuit, known for its two hairpin curves. Four women work as circuit staff: Usui Kyoko, Chitose Fumio, Yokosuka Ellie, and Kawai Hina. On this day of the race, each carries out her duties. On stage, the circuit queen idol unit = PaRet performs their show. The race proceeds smoothly until suddenly, unidentified creatures launch an attack. Appearing then are the four transformed Hairpin Double = Blue, Pink, Green, and Yellow.
Deep 900 meters beneath the circuit lies an unknown high-energy source: Mimasaka Liquid. To fully harness its potential, five prototype FFLUs were developed. So far, only four compatible drivers have been found.
The Hairpin Doubles fight to protect the circuit's spectators and staff from the unidentified creatures. However, the enemy proves tougher than expected. At that moment, the final compatible driver—Shibukawa Azumi—is discovered. Though hesitant, Azumi transforms into Red and joins the battle.
