Linnea went to Paris. She visited the garden of the famous painter Claude Monet. Linnea finally stood on the "Japanese bridge" of the water lily pond she had always dreamed of. In Monet's garden, she heard the stories of Monet, Alice, and their eight children. She also learned about Impressionist paintings. This is the fantastical coming-of-age story of Linnea, a flower-loving girl, told through Monet, paintings, and snapshots.
