The young man, Shikishima Kyūta, is a top-tier "Psycho Diver" capable of infiltrating the minds of others using a special device. He performs memory manipulation and mental therapy by delving into people's psyches. A new request arrives for him: to undo the mind control that someone has inflicted upon the idol singer, Kano Yuki. However, not only does Shikishima fail in the face of the enemy's unimaginable power, but Yuki's manager is also murdered, leaving him with no leads.
