In a near-future port town called Moesakura-cho—the kind of place that makes you want to say, "I wish the future could be like this"—a major electronics manufacturer, AMB Company, which serves as the town's flagship, announces the launch of a new service: "Moe Can Change!" Aiming not for animal therapy but for "moe therapy" through beautiful girl androids, the town buzzes with excitement. In one corner, Kyan Chie and Moegi Anna, chosen as the official promoters—nicknamed "Navigation Girls"—are diligently rehearsing for the big day. Though, to be honest, only Chie is really getting into the groove. Unbeknownst to them, a shadowy figure watches their (seemingly) harmonious dynamic from the shadows. From smartphones with mysterious powers to getting lost in a cake shop with astonishing treats, trouble seems to follow the two girls wherever they go. And with a mysterious duo pulling strings behind the scenes (?)...
