The one who possesses true courage can wield the magical staff, the Star Stick, which has the power to create stars. Princess Kirara of the Twinkle Star, unable to use it, sets off on a journey to find true courage, leaving her home planet behind.
Shortly after beginning her journey, she finds herself in danger and is rescued by Anpanman. He brings her to Anpanman World, where she decides to stay and live for a while.
Meanwhile, Baikinman, disguised as the "Iron Prince," deceives the inhabitants of the Iron Planet into building a Giant Moglin. With it, he heads for Anpanman World, aiming to defeat Anpanman.
