Mass disappearance incidents of Earthlings are occurring worldwide—Rena and Shinjiro vanish simultaneously as well. Amidst this, freelance journalist Kotaro Higashi begins investigating the mystery of the "disappearance incidents" alongside his lover, Izumi. The true identity of the extraterrestrials is the terrorist organization "Dark Star." They issue a declaration to the world: "Choose one: either half of humanity disappears, or half of Earth is ceded..." Meanwhile, the vanished Shinjiro and Rena have been transported to an alien ship in satellite orbit. Kotaro, caught up in the conflict between "Dark Star" and the Science Special Search Party, learns too much and nearly loses his life, but... The final battle is against the giant weapon "Golden Fortress." Facing the colossal mecha that lays waste to the city, ULTRAMAN, SEVEN, and TARO are joined by ZOFFY, JACK, and ACE. At last, the six ULTRAMAN heroes assemble!
